Update - 5th July

We're leaving from St Paul's Church opposite the Strawberry at 1215pm prompt on Friday.
Kids to wear trackys please. Change into kit at St Judes.
Packed lunches for the bus will be a good option B if we're pushed for time or eat before you come!
Seats will be £9.50 each, payable on the day.
We have a signed Wigan shirt and signed Wigan ball to raffle.

Update - 2nd July
Current arrangements are looking like a 12:15pm departure from The Strawberry on Friday 10th. This will probably mean the kids getting changed on the coach but will ensure we arrive in Wigan on time. A packed lunch therefore, will be the best option. How are the flags looking???

Older updates...
Early indications were that we'd need two coaches for the Wigan trip. We have to provide Wigan with numbers for match tickets and stadium tour and to pay for these numbers up front. I need monies urgently for tickets and tour to allow me to give Wigan an indication of numbers. To date 4 (four) people have paid. Now's the time to pay up please as I won't use club money to pay for tickets that might not be used - I'm sure you understand. Friday night training (top pitch) or Sunday game (top pitch) are the ideal opportunities to book your place. If numbers are still low after this weekend I'll reduce the coach to one and it will be strictly on a first come basis and those that expressed an early interest could potentially lose out. These things have a habit of creeping up on us and here we are!

Top price match ticket and stadium tour

Amanda Wilkinson (Stuart's wife) is putting together our itinerary for the Wigan trip.
She did a fantastic job last year and I'm told it will go something like this,
Depart Barrow 12ish (looking like a Strawberry departure straight from school and grab a bite on the way down) Meet me at reception for stadium tour: 3pm (call me on my mobile on arrival) Tour: 2.00-3.30pm Visit the club shop: 3.30-4.00pm Depart JJB for St Judes: 4.00 arrive 4.30pm Kick off approx: 5.30pm Shower and feed: 6.30pm Depart for JJB: 7.00pm
8pm Kick Off
840pm Half time parade
930pm Depart

As a club we're not wanting to see a profit from this one as coaches are expensive.
