In order for us to register your child with us as a club and the RFL as our governing body we need you to complete a ‘Signing On’ form as soon as possible. Why not come along to training and take a form home with you afterwards.

The arrangements for subs are mainly covered by joining the Sports Club as a Social Member. The formal requirements are for at least one parent and the playing children to join the club at a cost of £22 per adult and £2 per child.This equates to about 45p per session over a year which represents fantastic value. Membership also entitles you to use all the facilities the club has to offer.

How To Join Checklist:

Come and take a look, ask for a signing on forrm. Read our information for new players in the download area Fill out the signing on form, provide a passport photo and proof of age for insurance purposes. Join Hawcoat Park Social Club. Forms are avilalble from the download area. Once filled out hand them in with payment at the club bar.
